Our Story
I’ve been lifting and training for over 10+ years. I started out with classic bodybuilding, then shifted into powerlifting, and somewhere along the way I started dabbling in calisthenics. That’s where things really clicked for me - the ability to control your entire body felt like the purest form of strength.
During this time, I studied nutrition and began to understand the bigger picture of performance. In 2021 , my curiosity lead me to ice baths and saunas. I started experimenting with icebaths every morning to contrast therapy, and honestly, it changed everything. I realized recovery wasn’t just a side note to training - it was the missing piece.
That’s when my philosophy locked in: train hard, recover harder.
Now, my passion is in promoting recovery as a lifestyle, not just for athletes, but for anyone who wants to train hard, build big and live to the fullest.
Sauna, ice baths, sleep, mobility, breath - these are the tools that make it possible.
To me thats what Recharge stands for!

It all started with a moment that changed everything, finding out I was going to be a father.
That realisation sparked something deep inside me. I knew I had to make a dramatic shift, not just to get stronger or fitter, but to become the best version of myself for my family. To be the parent, provider, and role model my children deserved.
Like most people, my journey began in the gym, lifting weights and following the typical “bro split” routine. But over time, that approach evolved into something more meaningful - functional training. I became drawn to the idea of being ready for anything life throws my way. Whether it’s carrying all the groceries in one trip, chasing my kids around the park, or handling life’s curveballs — I wanted to be my children’s real-life superhero.
Through this process, I learned an important truth: the best ability is availability.
If your body isn’t moving well, recovering well, or functioning at its best, how can you expect to show up fully for the people and things that matter most? That lesson reshaped how I trained, how I moved, and how I looked after myself.
This curiosity led me deeper into understanding recovery, not just as an everyday athlete, but as a parent and human being trying to balance it all. I needed a way to recover faster without sacrificing time with my family. That search for balance sparked the creation of Recharge - a brand born from the belief that recovery isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity for being your best, for yourself and for those who depend on you.
Recharge was built to help people stay ready — to move better, recover faster, and live fully. Because when you take care of your body, you make yourself available for everything that truly matters.
